We first arrived in Taos in August of 1989. We found that we liked the
climate and the people. After spending increasing amounts of time visiting
Taos we discovered that a house that we had admired was for sale. We
bought it in April of 1993. For the next eight years we spent about
twenty-five percent of our time in Taos. After the company that I had
founded in August of 2001 we began spending increasing amounts of time in Taos.

- Sabroso (our restaurant) -- what
can we say? We're biased. But we believe that Sabroso offers the
best wood-grilled steaks, the best wood-grilled fish, and the best margaritas in Taos.

- Stray Dog Cantina.The new owners have done a good job of improving the menu without discarding old favorites.. New items we particular enjoy include the seared ahi fish tacos and frito pie.
